1237 Vine Street ...... 13th and Vine
I've lived in Cincinnati all my life and didn't know the Lackman
Building even existed until 2008. An out of town cousin had come
across a post citykin.com (May, 27,2008 ), with a picture of a ghost
sign on the backside of the building. That started the search for the
building. By the time we located the building, there had already been
some construction done and some holes poked in the building. We
had come to find that the building had become part of the
revitalization in Over The Rhine (OTR). The building has been totally
renovated to offer seven "Lofts" (condos) and The Lackman Bar on the
first floor.
